How to Check if your Globacom SIM card has been Registered

Recently, I shared with you, how to check if your MTN SIM card has been registered or not. I am glad to inform you that you can now also check if your Glo SIM has been registered too. Just because you have been to a registration centre to register your SIM card does not guarantee that it will be registered. Some registrations are always been declined, for reasons best known to NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission).

If you do not want to wake up one day to realise that you can not make calls with your SIM, despite the fact that you have been to the registration centre to register your SIM card, it is better you check if it has been registered or not.

So, How Do I Check if my Glo SIM has been registered?

-  text "REG" to 3456 without the quotes

After sending the text to 3456 with your Globacom SIM card, you should get a reply confirming or denying that you have been registered.

If you have been registered, you will get a reply saying "Your SIM 234...... has been registered. Thank you!"

This works for Globacom numbers.
