If you do subscribe to Globacom data plans, there might be some instances when you will want to subscribe to a new data plan and all you will get as response is: "The Plan you are trying to purchase is not compatible with your current data plan". Well, there is a way out.
You will only get this response IF you have an active data plan which is yet to be exhausted/yet to expire.
To confirm this, text info to 127 to check your data balance. You will realize that you still have some MB left in your active data plan.
You will have to exhaust the remaining data balance before you can subscribe to a new data plan. Once you exhaust it and subscribe to a new data plan,you will not receive the error response again.
Remember, always text info to 127 to check your data balance.
