Celebrated Nigerian musicians, Davido, Pasuma, Sammie Okposo, Ara and other Nigerian artists are set to engage their Indian counterparts at the cultural event ‘Festival of India – Lagos’ which will hold on August 13, 2016 at Tafawa Balewa Square, Onikan, Lagos.
The Festival of India has been celebrated around the world for over 40 years, introducing people from all countries to the rich heritage of India.
Traditionally the festivals begin with a vibrant parade in which three giant chariots are hand-pulled by thousands of participants amidst singing, drumming, and dancing.
The parade will terminate at the Tafawa Balewa Square where you will be entertained by the grand concert.
Other musicians billed to perform are India’s Anup Jalota,Yuvika Chaudhary and others.
