Rather than limiting its reach to a single residential school campus, the new initiative will transition the organization into a statewide scholarship program by the end of the 2027 academic year. This strategic evolution will enable twice as many young women to receive full educational support at premier schools and top institutions across South Africa.

To ensure every student’s success remains intact during this transition:
- Uninterrupted Student Support: All currently enrolled students at the academy will complete their education with full, uninterrupted academic, financial, and personal support.
- Returning the Campus to Local Authorities: Following the completion of the 2027 academic year, the residential campus will be handed over to South Africa’s Gauteng Department of Education in accordance with the original partnership agreement.
- Continued Community Benefit: The local education authorities will carry forward the legacy of academic excellence, leadership development, and opportunity for future generations of learners in the region.
