The Facebook Like/Recommendation button lets a blog visitors to share your content with friends on Facebook. When the visitor clicks the Like/Recommendation button on your blog, a story appears in the user’s Facebook friends’ News Feed with a link back to your website.
There are two Like button implementations: XFBML and Iframe. This tutorial explains the use of the XFBML version of the Recommendation button. The XFBML version is more versatile and dynamically re-sizes its height according to whether there are profile pictures to display and it always gives the user the ability to add an optional comment to the like. If users do add a comment, the story published back to Facebook is given more prominence.
How Do I Get Started ?
Login to you Blogger dashboard and navigate to Design > Edit HTML and tick the small “Expand Widget Templates” box. Using “CTRL+F“, search for the code <data:post.body/> and paste the “comment form code” highlighted below, directly above or directly below <data:post.body/> and save the template.
