The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has an online efacility portal where UTME/JAMB candidates can login to their JAMB dashboard, check JAMB result, pay for online services and access some other post-registration e-facilities which include :
- printing jamb result slip
- admission letter printing
- correction of jamb data
- retrieval of jamb registration number
- application for change of admission letter
- inter university transfer from local and foreign universities
- checking of admission status etc
You can access JAMB e-facility portal to check results and print examination slip via : https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/
If you want to check JAMB results at the portal, you will have to create JAMB e-facility account and sign in to the portal to check your result.
If you want to print JAMB examination slip, visit the utme portal and click on the examination slip printing link. Thereafter, enter your jamb registration number, email address or phone number in the form and click the print button. Please allow popup for this jamb portal from your web browser, else it will not display.
If you want to print JAMB result slip, visit the portal, click on the “print result slip” link, make payment and proceed to print your result slip by ‘selecting your exam year’ and entering your ‘JAMB Registration Number’. Candidates will need to tender the result slip during admission screening at any tertiary institution of their choice.
How to Create JAMB e-facility Account and Login To JAMB Portal
- Use your phone or computer browser to visit jamb portal
- Click on the “Create e-facility account/login” button
- Click on “Create an account”
- Enter your email address, phone number and set your secret question and answer
- Click on “Verify e-Mail” button
- A link will be sent to your email inbox
- Log into your email inbox to check for email from JAMB
- Open it, and tap on “Click here to continue your Profile Creation”
- If you did not find the message in your INBOX, then go to the SPAM/JUNK folder.
- After clicking on the link, you will be prompted to enter your personal information: your Names (surname, first name, middle name), Gender (Male or Female), Date of birth, Mobile phone number, nationality, state of origin, e-mail address and password.
- Click on Sign-up and you are done
- You will see a display pop-up, “Your Account Creation Was Successful.”
- Tap on proceed to login to access your JAMB dashboard
NOTE: Please do NOT forget your secret question and answer because it will be required if you forget your password to your profile on the JAMB portal.
Also, you are expected to save that UNIQUE CODE that was sent to your email. It is either you don’t delete that email, or copy the unique code to somewhere safe. It is very important along with your password!
