Thank you for the write-up. You said much about receiving with Payoneer, but how about taking the money out? Apart from using the card to make online payment, can you actually use it at ATM points? How about withdrawing to your account in Nigeria – that seems very difficult so far.
Please l am about to open a Payoneer virtual account but l have an issue…the address on my national Identity card was done with ofun state address and l live in Lagos State….how can l order for a Payoneer card if l use a different address won’t that delay or even block me being verified?
