4. Spread the love, not germs. Take step to avoid getting or spreading germs during this valentine period and beyond.
5. Send a card to show someone you care about them and their health. Include a note that encourages them to take steps for a healthy life.
6. Show your love for yourself and others this Valentine’s day by being health and safety conscious during the celebration.
