If I change my IP to US IP and use US address, you think i wont be able to register .us address?
Well, I've not tried such. So, don't know if such will work for you or not
You won't be able to buy the .US if you change your IP address to US IP. This is because you will still need to submit verifiable documents for the domain purchase.
