The entrepreneurship development centres are designed to provide training, strategies and certification programmes that will assist young Nigerians to embrace micro, small and medium scale enterprises as alternative employment options.

The FATE foundation was founded in 2010 by Mr. Fola Adeola (Founder & Pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, GTBank) with the support of other leading private sector leaders committed to fostering sustainable entrepreneurship.
It was founded to harness the strong entrepreneurial culture of Nigerians by providing the business incubation, growth and accelerator support required to fully explore their innovative potential. LEAP AFRICA
The LEAP [Leadership, Effective, Accountability & Professionalism] Africa was established in 2002 by Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli (MFR) to facilitate values-driven leadership programmes for personal, organizational and community transformation.
Since its inception, LEAP has pioneered leadership, civics, ethics, governance and succession training programmes for youth, business owners, civil society and the public sector. Its interventions for youth, bridges gaps in effective leadership, education, employability, entrepreneurship and awakens civic participation in citizens to demand good governance or creatively address social issues.

Center for Entrepreneurial Development Lagos (CEDL)
The Center for Entrepreneurial Development Lagos (CEDL) is a fully registered and incorporated Non Governmental Organization (NGO) in Nigeria managed and operated by the Africa Leadership Forum to expressly address the phenomenon of rising youth unemployment and its threats to political stability, social cohesion and economic growth of the nation.
The main objective of EDC is to create a new breed of young entrepreneurs that will become net-contributors to the national economy. EDC adopts a person-centred and demand-driven approach towards promoting and developing competent and productive initiatives in the area of small enterprises.

Although, not really an NGO, Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) is the Entrepreneurship Centre of the Pan-Atlantic University.
Set up in 2003 as the Centre for Enterprise Development Services (EDS), the Centre emerged as a direct response to the dearth of available professional business development and support services to small and growing businesses in Nigeria.
