    I've been your good customer at computer village,Lagos since 2003 while in higher institution but what i experienced with one of your staff at Abuja make me rethink if i was in slot.
    1.No price tags on your products only to start beating price from 30k to 27,500 at the end.
    2.One of the staff,a male guy has the gods to tell me when i demanded for my #500 balance from a Nokia E63 i bought on Thursday evening- he thought i was a big boy only for me to changed mood cos of 500naira . What a lack of manner to a customer.
    3. The same guy even when at length to insult my person that he sold the phone for me at that price cos Thursday of that was his birthday. What's my business with that? Will i drive down from Asokoro to Barnet plaza to be insulted.
    4. No USB cord in any of your products in fact the pack is not seal. Please why?
    Please, train your staff to be customer friendly cos competitors are everywhere.

I have unlocked my Glo Huawei modem and it working fine with all networks, however I would like to have the interface change to that of whichever network I insert so that I can check balance, load airtime etc freely and easily.
