Price of Cheap Dual SIM Android Phones in Nigeria

If you are looking for cheap Android phones you can buy in Nigeria which are dual SIM smartphones, you can check out the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro DUOS and the Galaxy Y DUOS.
According to a tweet by @samsungmobileng , you can get the Galaxy Y Pro Duos in Nigeria around N29, 000 while the price of Galaxy Y DUOS will be around N27, 000. Remember, different stores sell at different prices.

Though, both phones are Android 2.3 Gingerbread driven and also allow users to keep both SIM cards active at the same time, they still have some differences.
According to a review of the smartphones at Softpedia, the Galaxy Y Pro DUOS comes with a full QWERTY keyboard + touchscreen while the Galaxy Y DUOS sports only a large 3.14-inch touchscreen display.
Another difference is that Samsung Galaxy Y Pro DUOS packs a VGA front-facing camera for self-portraits and video calls _ the camera at the back of the phone, while the Galaxy Y DUOS lacks a secondary camera.
More so, the Galaxy Y Pro DUOS embeds a slightly better 1350 mAh Li-Ion battery, whereas the Galaxy Y DUOS features a 1300 mAh Li-Ion battery.
It is also worth mentioning that Samsung Galaxy Y DUOS and Galaxy Y Pro DUOS are different from the Galaxy Ace DUOS which comes with dual SIM active service but contains one CDMA and one GSM SIM card whereas Galaxy Y Pro Duos and Galaxy Y Duos are dual SIM Standby phones and support GSM network in both the SIMs.

Great post there. I think I prefer the Galaxy Y Pro Duos considering the fact that I type alot. I will get it asap at Computer Village, Ikeja

I can't believe how you can get a dual sim smartphone for just that price! For users like me who type a lot, Galaxy Y Pro Duos is better.
The keyboard is also one of the reasons why I prefer it.

I prefer it because of the QWERTY keyboard which the Y Duos lacks.
Prefer the y pro duos cause of the keyboard and secondary camera which the y duo lacks.
how much does it go for
I bought a Galaxy Y Duos on 1st of July but have it out cos I couldn't continue using it after handling it for 24 hours. It lacks a lot of features I expected from the phone
